I founded Balance of Care Health after witnessing how overwhelming healthcare can feel for families navigating aging and complex medical decisions. 


As a licensed nurse, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Senior Home Safety Specialist, I bring clinical expertise, warmth, and a deep commitment to reducing stress and creating confidence at every stage of care.
